Delivery times start once payment has been taken. We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For click & collect, we'll call you when your order is ready.
How payment works
We don't take card payments on this website. After you place an order you can choose to pay by card over the phone — we'll call you within one working day — or pay when you collect.
Returns
You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and skincare can only be returned if they are unopened and still sealed. To start a return, call us on 07598 494653 with your order number and we'll explain what to do next.
Once we receive the returned item we'll refund you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please call us as soon as possible and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
