What we collect
When you check out we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), the products you order and any notes you add. We don't collect or store card details on this website.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order — this is necessary to carry out our contract with you.
- To contact you about your order, including calling you to take payment.
- To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as for accounting.
We don't sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop — for example our website host and delivery couriers — and only what they need to do their job.
Your cart
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you place an order.
Your rights
